LS Electric has developed a solution that predicts and responds to major disasters with a "digital twin" technology that simulates all infrastructure in the workplace in a virtual space just like the real thing.
LS Electric announced on the 21st that it has developed a solution called "CUBE Station," which enables integrated crisis management and accident response in the workplace, and recently built it at its Cheongju workplace. CUBE Station is a solution that can manage crises and prevent accidents through virtual driving after implementing 3D digital twins in all infrastructure facilities in the workplace such as power, air conditioning, machinery, and buildings. It automatically executes crisis management in various situations such as accident situations, emergency power generation, and power recovery by connecting all emergency equipment such as power infrastructure, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), dual power system (STS), and emergency generator. In addition, the work location and environment of field workers have also been digitally twinned. Through virtual driving, it is possible to identify areas where accidents are likely to occur and to prevent accidents by suggesting optimal safety conditions in spaces where repetitive work takes place.
